No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless items arrive damaged or faulty. In those rare cases, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a Video: Capture a video clearly showing the damage.
  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email the video to admin@lemondropfarm.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Non-Burning Wick

In the rare instance that a candle wick fails to burn, please:

  1. Take a Video: Record a video showing the candle wick not burning.
  2. Reach Out to Us: Email the video to admin@lemondropfarm.com, and we will promptly send you a replacement candle.
